Job Overview:
As the Data Operations Manager for the NDMO (National Data Management Office) Framework Phase 1 at aNumak & Company, you will be entrusted with the critical responsibility of overseeing the implementation of specifications related to data operations for our esteemed client based in Jeddah, KSA. This role demands a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience, who can ensure seamless execution of data operations protocols during a one-year onsite consulting engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the meticulous planning, execution, and monitoring of data operations activities in alignment with the NDMO Framework Phase 1 objectives.
- Oversee the implementation of specifications related to data operations, ensuring strict adherence to project requirements and timelines.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define and document data operations processes and procedures.
- Supervise and mentor data operations staff, providing guidance and support to drive performance excellence and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of data operations processes, implementing corrective measures as necessary.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, addressing queries, providing regular updates, and fostering strong, collaborative relationships.
- Conduct comprehensive post-implementation reviews to evaluate the success of data operations initiatives and identify areas for optimization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in data operations management or a similar role, preferably in a consulting environment.
- Proven expertise in overseeing the implementation of data operations specifications and protocols within complex project environments.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve excellence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a keen focus on building rapport and fostering collaborative relationships.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
