Join aNumak & Company and work at the intersection of business, analytics, technology and Revenue Growth Management (RGM).

We are looking for a structured and commercially minded Business Analyst Intern who can translate complex business requirements into clear specifications that technology and engineering teams can build and deliver.

What You Will Do

Business Requirements & Specifications

  • Translate RGM business requirements into clear, actionable specifications.
  • Ensure requirements are precise enough for engineering teams to build without ambiguity.
  • Work closely with business and technology stakeholders to resolve questions and clarify requirements.

Metrics & Definitions

  • Maintain and manage the RGM metric dictionary.
  • Define and document gross-to-net structures, trade-term treatments and promotional-spend classifications.
  • Ensure business definitions remain consistent across markets and modules.

Commercial Process Mapping

  • Map current-state commercial planning processes across markets.
  • Identify where processes and models need flexibility.
  • Establish where standardisation and consistency must be maintained.

Calculation & Data Validation

  • Build waterfall and bridge calculations in Excel.
  • Validate business logic against source data before implementation.
  • Identify and resolve calculation or definition gaps early.

User Acceptance Testing

  • Support and run UAT with commercial stakeholders.
  • Capture and triage feedback into defects, changes or requirement clarifications.
  • Work with engineering teams to ensure issues are clearly understood and actionable.

What You Will Gain

  • Hands-on experience in Business Analysis and consulting
  • Exposure to Revenue Growth Management and commercial strategy
  • Experience translating business requirements into technology specifications
  • Practical experience with UAT and stakeholder management
  • Exposure to commercial metrics, pricing and trade promotion
  • Experience working with engineering and analytics teams
  • Exposure to a live, multi-market RGM programme for a global consumer-foods organisation

You will work on a live enterprise programme—not a sandbox project—giving you practical exposure to how business requirements are translated into real technology solutions.

Who We Are Looking For

Required

  • MBA candidate with a Finance, Marketing or Operations orientation
  • Strong Excel skills — comfortable building models, not just tables
  • Ability to write clear, precise and unambiguous business requirements
  • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
  • Confidence working with senior business stakeholders
  • Willingness to challenge unclear or incorrect definitions constructively

Good to Have

  • CPG / FMCG or organised retail exposure
  • SQL knowledge or willingness to learn SQL
  • Coursework in pricing, trade promotion or category management
  • Previous Business Analyst or Product internship experience

What Success Looks Like

By the end of the internship, you should have:

  • Contributed to a module specification signed off by business and engineering stakeholders
  • Created a metric dictionary actively used by both the client and engineering teams
  • Run a UAT cycle end-to-end with a structured and actionable defect list
